How long until the card is ready?
Physical cards are prepared within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We'll notify you the moment the envelope is ready for handoff.
How is the card activated?
In the WashApp app, tap 'More' → 'Loyalty Program' and enter the code printed on the card. The points are available instantly.
What is the return policy?
Please choose carefully. Physical cards can only be returned within 12 hours of purchase.
Can I pay online?
Yes. After reservation, our team will agree on payment with you - typically bank transfer or any convenient method you discuss together.
